The Officer-in-charge, Chanditala Police Station has filed a report dated 15th February, 2023. The same is kept with the record.

The private respondent/son is represented.

It appears from the said report that the land in question belongs to the father after a family settlement and partition between the father and his other cosharers. It is stated by the petitioner that a tin-shed house existed at the material point of time. It is further stated that the son may have restored the said tinshed house with new tin-sheets. The son of the petitioner is personally present in Court. He has objection to his father, mother and grandmother coming and living in the said premises. The petitioner, his wife and mother may return to the said premises. The parties shall avoid any friction and live in peace.

The Officer-in-charge, Chanditala Police Station shall maintain a regular vigil at the said premises to ensure that there is no breach of peace.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
