Record reveals that the matter was referred to Lok Adalat where the petitioner did not appear. The conduct of the petitioner as rightly suggested by Mr. Panja, learned counsel representing the opposite party, demonstrates lack interest to proceed with the matter.

Under such circumstances, I am inclined to dismiss the application for default with cost of Rs.10,000/- C.P. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
