vs Rajesh Jain & Ors.
Mr. Ravi Ranjan Kumar Mr. Nilanjan Bhattacharjee Mr. Saket Sharma ......... for the review applicants Mr. Sandipan Banerjee Mr. Ankit Sureka ........... for the Howrah Municipal Corpn.
Mr. Animesh Paul Ms. Fatima Hassan Ms. Shaloni Basu ...... for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 Mr. Ziaul Islam Mr. A. Salam ... for the State respondents The review applicants pray for review of the order dated 16th April, 2021. By the said order two writ petitions were disposed of.
I have perused the order under reference and the grounds made out in the application for review. There is no error apparent on the face of record. Neither there is any new ground for reviewing the said order. The grounds for review do not appeal to the Court. The scope for reviewing the order is extremely limited.
The Court is not satisfied with the grounds set out in the memorandum of review and accordingly feels fit not to interfere with the order under reference. In view of the above, the application for review along with all connected applications stands dismissed.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
