1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the property mentioned in the prayer clause, reraid was made and the same was resulted into lodging of F.I.R. No.337 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024. After the investigation, in the Court, final report has already been filed. However, despite that the similar activities are going on in the said property. The petitioner, a public spirited person has already preferred a representation with the respondent no.4 (Annexure - P/2 of the writ petition) but, the police has not taken any action.

The petitioner will be satisfied if the police authorities are directed to consider the representation, as aforesaid and if any violation is found, take appropriate legal action. The police must also ensure that similar activity is not continued in the said premises.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection if the said representation is directed to be considered. If upon consideration, it is found that similar activities are going on, appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law. The other side has also no objection.

4. Accordingly, this PIL is disposed of by issuing following directions:- (i) The petitioner shall resubmit his representation dated 24th November, 2025 alongwith a server copy of this order before the respondent no.3.

(ii) In turn, respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the said representation, in accordance with law.

(iii) If the said authority/police comes to the conclusion that any offence is made out, they

shall take action in accordance with law and ensure that same illegality does not recur in the area.

5. With the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits, petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
