Lokranjan Debnath Mr. Sagnik Chatterjee, learned advocate, appears and submits that he has no instruction to represent the appellant. As such, he prays to retire from this matter. Mr. Chatterjee is allowed to retire from this matter.
The department reports that the administrative notice could not be served on the appellant as the same was returned unserved with the postal endorsement "addressee moved". The administrative notice was sent to the appellant at her last known address.
In view of the aforesaid, since the appellant is untraceable and no contact would be establish with her, we presume that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the appeal any further.
The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. There will be no order as to costs.
