From the report it is seen that the report has been filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Nalhati Police Station, Nalhati, Birbhum on 05.05.2025 stating that the appellants Asraful Hoque (Ujjal), S/o late Yasin Mondal and Golejan Bibi, W/o late Yasin Mondal both of Village- Bara (Mondalpara), PS- Nalhati, Dist- Birbhum had expired on 12.09.2024 and 06.05.2021 respectively. Photocopies of the death certificates are also annexed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Nalhati Police Station, Nalhati, District -Birbhum along with the report. As the appellants have already died, so the instant appeal stands abated against them.

The instant appeal be and the same is dismissed as abated. The appeal being CRA 6 of 2001 stands disposed of. Let a copy of this order along with the Trial Court Records be sent down to the Trial Court at once.
