1. The petitioner says he has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody for six months. He prays for bail.

2. Learned State advocate while opposing the prayer, draws our attention to the deposition of the victim lady. She clearly narrates how the petitioner took Rs.47,000/- from the victim's father by promising to marry the victim lady. It later transpired that the petitioner has two other wives and children. The petitioner forced the victim lady to have physical relationship with him.

3. In view of such incriminating materials against the petitioner and also noting that February 25, 2025, has been fixed as the date for consideration of charge, we are not Signed By :

inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

4. The application for bail is, thus, dismissed.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

6. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
