Petitioner is in custody for 342 days. He submits there was a romantic relationship between the parties. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the statement of the minor. She states that she had been forcibly raped by the victim. 4.

In view of gravity of offence and the materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
