akb Mr. Banshi Badan Maity ...For the Petitioner This matter has come up at the instance of the learned Advocate for the petitioner pointing out some inadvertent typographical mistake in the order dated January 17, 2020, which is corrected as under :- 1.

The word "gratuity" appearing in the 5th line of paragraph 2 at page 2 of the said order be substituted by the phrase "arrear pension".

The order dated January 17, 2020, accordingly, stands corrected to the extent indicated above. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated January 17, 2020.

Certified copy of the order January 17, 2020, if already supplied, be corrected accordingly.

Urgent photostat copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the petitioner on priority basis on compliance of necessary formalities.
