Victim is a minor.

In her statement, victim claimed that there was an attempt to kidnap her. Father of the victim identified the petitioners as involved in the incident.

One accused was arrested at the spot.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, notwithstanding the police filing charge sheet, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 202 of 2024 is dismissed.
