(Via Video Conference) Mr. Subhajit Ghosh ........For the Petitioner Ms. Surabita Biswas ...for the opposite parties Mr.Subhajit Ghosh, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and Ms. Surabita Biswas, learned advocate appears for the opposite party. Learned advocate for the opposite parties submit that they have not been served with copy of the revisional application.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing other prayers which the petitioner has made in the revisional application save and except the prayer for expeditious disposal of petition under Section 151 of the C.P.C. pending before the learned Judge, 7th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta in Title Suit No. 497 of 2021.

The learned advocate for the opposite party submits that she has no objection if such prayer is allowed.

Learned Civil Judge, 7th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta is requested to dispose of the application under Section 151 CPC filed by the plaintiff in Title Suit No. 497 OF 2021 within a month from the date of communication of this order and without granting any unnecessary adjournment whatsoever on the prayer of the either of the parties.

Accordingly, the C.O.150 of is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
