The petitioner has not appeared on any of the occasions that the matter has been called on. This is the fourth instance.

Inspite thereof, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner nor has any accommodation been prayed for. 4.

In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
