1. The applicant/petitioner was granted bail by an order dated February 29, 2022, passed in CRM (DB) 214 of 2024, inter alia, on the conditions that he "shall not enter the district of Howrah until further orders except for attending the court proceeding and he shall not use the electronic gadget including the mobile phone save and except those whose particulars are given to the investigating agency." He says that he has been scrupulously adhering to the said conditions of bail. Since there is no possibility of an early conclusion of the trial, he seeks relaxation of those two conditions of bail.

2. The State files a report. Let the report be kept with the records. In the report, there is nothing adverse against the applicant/petitioner. It appears that the applicant/petitioner has been complying with the bail conditions.

3. In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to allow this application.

4. The conditions of bail requiring the applicant/petitioner not to enter the district of Howrah and not to use electronic gadget including mobile phones save and except those whose particulars are given to the Investigating Agency, stand waived.

5. The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered.

6. The application being IA No: CRAN/1/2024 is accordingly disposed of.
