The only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction on the respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner to the said respondents on 19th December, 2022 in terms of allotment of "PATTA" with regard to the land mentioned in the said representation.

The State is represented and learned counsel submits that the representation will be considered within a certain timeframe.

W.P.A.1370 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.3 being the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas to consider and dispose of the representation dated 19th December, 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The respondent no.2 shall hear all necessary parties before passing a reasoned order and the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date of such reasoned order.
