Learned advocate appearing for the respondent authority produces copy of the reasoned order dated 6th May, 2025 passed by the OSD & DDHS (Admn)-cum-CE Licensing Authority, Kolkata which mentions that the Department/Authority is satisfied regarding the possession of the establishment under the name Sono Diagnostics at the subject premises. 2.

As the authority has come to a conclusive finding with regard to the possession of the establishment, accordingly, the authority is directed to take steps for issuance of license at the earliest but positively within a period of fourteen days from the date of communication of this order in favour of the applicant in accordance with law.

The civil disputes between the parties are not adjudicated in the instant proceeding.

It will be open for the parties to approach the competent civil forum for redressal of their grievances, if so advised.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
