The petitioner is an approved Assistant Teacher of Deshpran Birendranath Institution for Girls', Kolkata- 700 026.

The petitioner is complaining that since October 2020 her House Rent Allowance(HRA) has not been released.

The petitioner is praying that the representation dated November 18, appearing at Page- '18' of the writ petition given by the learned advocate on her behalf for disbursement of her said HRA may be directed to be disposed of.

WPA 1373 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the Teacher-in-Charge of the said

school to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law.

The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Teacher-in-Charge by supplying the necessary documents in support of her claim.

Needless to mention that the Teacher-inCharge shall make all endeavour to dispose of the said representation as expeditiously as possible.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities. (Biswajit Basu, J.)
