Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits 4 kgs. of Ganja was recovered from his house. He prays for bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits over 1 kg. of Charas was recovered from the possession of co-accused. On their leading statements Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. 1 kg of Charas was recovered from co-accused. Thereafter 4 kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Date has been fixed for consideration of charge.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
