Petitioner complains of violation of the judgment and order dated October 11, 2023.

By such judgment and order, we held that the petitioner was entitled to regularization.

It is the contention of the petitioner that, although petitioner was regularized, he was asked to discharge his duties at the Bardhaman Railway Station instead of Howrah Railway Station.

We directed regularization which was done.

5.

Place of posting is not the subject-matter of the judgment and order of which violation is complained of.

6.

In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present contempt petition.
