The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents, who are her relatives, have forcefully looted her crops.

Raninagar Police Station, Murshidabad has indicated that they have drawn up proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and have cautioned the private respondents.

This Court finds that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature and steps may be taken in accordance with law.

Raninagar Police Station shall, however, maintain strict vigil thereat and ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the locale.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

The report of the Raninagar Police Station dated

3rd February, 2020 addressed to the State Advocate be taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.
