XXXX and another ... petitioners Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee Mr. Arindam Poali ... for the petitioners Mr. Atulya Sinha ... for the State It appears that an inadvertent error had crept into the order passed by this Court on 13.02.2025 as the petitioners wrongly mentioned the name of the police station in the causetitle of the application. At the heading of the said order, instead of "Howrah Police Station", it should actually be "Liluah Police Station." The order dated 13.02.2025 is hereby corrected and shall always be read conjointly with this order.

In view of the requirement to correct the order passed earlier, the time for surrender is extended by four weeks from this date.
