Report submitted by Mr. Sudip Ghosh, learned Advocate for the State, reflects that on 17th May, 2022 the trial of the case has been completed as the dispute was compromised between the parties before the Court. Accordingly, the learned Trial Court has acquitted all the accused persons from the Kaliganj Police Station Case No. 36 of 2020 dated 21.01.2020 under Sections 417/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Thus, the present revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, C.R.R. No. 134 of 2021 is dismissed as infructuous. Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed.
