Sr. St. Counsel Ms. Ipsita Banerjee, Mr. Suddhadev Adak ...for the State The order date March 28, 2023 shall stand corrected as follows, 'In the 1st line of the second paragraph of the said order, the expression 'In the first line of the third and fourth paragraphs' shall stand corrected to read as 'In the first line of the fourth paragraph'. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated March 28, 2023.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.

The Registering authority, Kolkata, has informed that there is divergence between the volume copy and the folio book of the registrar office in so far as the pages 85 and 86 in respect of the title deed in question.

The police have seized the relevant documents and have sent them for forensic examination.

The forensic laboratory shall expeditiously send its report to the Burdwan Police Station. It is expected that the investigation is completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 2 months from date.

The petitioner may seek civil remedies in addition to the civil suit already pending between the parties.

The Hirapur Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

In view of the above order, CAN 1 of 2023, filed by one Arnab Sarkar, seeking intervention in this

proceeding shall stand disposed of without any order.

A copy of such CAN 1 of 2023 obtained from the petitioner be kept on record.

Since the parties have not exchanged affidavits, none of the allegations in the writ petition or in CAN 1 of 2023 shall be deemed to have been admitted by either of the parties.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
