From the order-sheet appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that date was fixed for hearing on the issue of maintainability.

C. O. No.212 of 2025 stands disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Trial Judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
