This application is completely misconceived.

The petitioner seeks transfer to his parent school at Kalipur High School at South 24 Parganas. The petitioner had participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, and had joined Barisha Sashibhusan Janakalyan Vidyapith as an in-service teacher. However, the entire process was set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on April 3, 2025. Pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court for reinstatement of untainted teachers, the petitioner had got an appointment, though, not in his first school but

at Gabberia High School (H.S.) in South 24 Parganas. This appointment is to continue till the 2nd SLST of 2025 is finalized by August 31, 2026. The petitioner had participated in the 2nd SLST examination and as a successful candidate has been recommended to Dr, Shyamapraasad Mukherjee Institution, Kankurgachi, Phoolbagan, Kolkata.

The petitioner seeks a continuation of an appointment to the first school at Kalipur. This is completely impermissible in law. The petitioner's recommendation at Kankurgachi is awaiting a formal appointment by way of a letter. The petitioner has no grievance if he is appointed to school at Kankurgachi. Thus, the petitioner cannot seek approval only to get continuation of service since 2008 which he has sought in this writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
