Petitioner approached this Court as he is aggrieved that since CSW 7 is suffering from mental and physical disability an expert/interpreter should be made available in course of her evidence/deposition before the learned trial court in connection with Raiganj P.S. Case No.914 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report.

Report reflects that on 27.01.2025 a prayer has been advanced to the ADM (Development), Karnajora, Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur to provide for special educator and a support person for counseling on the date fixed.

Having considered that the State has addressed the problem, learned trial court would

ensure that the support person and/or the translator is available on the date fixed for examination of CSW 7.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1572 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
