Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 2 years 4 months. State has submitted the report along with the deposition. Let the same be kept with the record.

I have taken into account the age of the victim which is around 3 years as well as the observation in medico legal examination as well as the injury report. Having taken into account the same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail.

Accordingly, CRM(M)206 of 2026 is dismissed at this stage.
