Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his application concerning objection against the investigation was filed long back but the court below has kept it pending for a considerable period of time, as such, necessary direction may be passed to the court below for expeditious disposal of the said application.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and that the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous and, if it is allowed in terms of the prayer made in the petition, the opposite party will have no cause to prejudice and as such, service of copy of application upon the opposite party is dispensed with. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and that the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is justified, the instant application being CRR 283 of 2026 is hereby disposed of giving direction upon the court below to dispose of the application on the next date or within a period of two weeks thereafter. This order is

passed invoking this court's jurisdiction under section 529 of the BNS.
