We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

The alleged contemnor viz. the Panskura Municipality has given written instructions to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent dated 10.06.2024 stating that the repair work of the road is going on. As initially there were some objections made by the villagers and those objections have been cleared and the Contractor has started to carry on the work. The said stand taken in the letter dated 10.06.2024 is placed on record. 3.

With the above observations, the contempt application stands disposed of.
