The name of the learned advocate Ms. Susnita Saha be incorporated by deleting the name of Mr. S. Saha for the State respondents. In the fourth paragraph of page 4 of the order, Section 177(4) be corrected as Section 177(5).

This order be treated as a part of the original order.
