The petitioner submits that he is a hundred percent blind person. When he appeared in the interview in 2016 he was not a trained candidate. However in 2021 he obtained his training qualification. However he prays for an opportunity to interview.

In this regard learned advocate Mr. Banerjee for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education has submitted that the petitioner is within the age for the post and so he can apply in the ensuing recruitment process.

The petitioner may apply if he is so advised for which the Notification has already been issued by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

The writ petition is disposed of.
