Nabi ..for the petitioner Mr. Fazlul Haque Mr. Sanatan Mondal ..for the alleged contemnors Copy of an order dated 25.11.2025 passed by the ssi Ct. 28 Principal of the Prabhu Jagatbandhu College, Andul, Howrah as filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2, as filed in Court, is taken on record. Copy of the same is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that it has been decided that the said Sandip Mukherjee was not to officiate and act as an 'Accountant' even on temporary basis as the 'Accountant' is Group-C post as per Calcutta University First Statutes, 1979. Therefore, the direction passed by this Court on 02.09.2024 upon the respondent authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner, has already been complied with.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this

regard.

Accordingly, the application being CPAN 115 of 2025 is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
