Report reflects that delay in the trial was due to absconding of the accused for a considerable period of time. It also reflects that the next date has been fixed on 8th March, 2024 for examination of the accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. Learned trial court would ensure that after the examination under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. is completed on 8th March, 2024 or within a few days, thereafter, an opportunity is granted for DW and the final verdict be pronounced by 30th June, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 270 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
