Mr. Soumitra Mukherjee Mr. Avra Mazumder ... for the State This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated October 9, 2020 passed by the Additional Commissioner of Revenue, Bench VI, Government of West Bengal.

I have heard learned Counsel for the appearing parties and perused the materials on record.

In my view, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Fast Track Revisional Authority to consider the additional 'C' form, which the petitioner wants to press before the authority concerned. The matter is, accordingly, remanded only on the issue of consideration of additional 'C' form to be submitted by the petitioner. I make it clear that no other issue is to be taken into consideration.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
