2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after service of notice of contempt, the interim order of this court was complied with.

3. In such view of the matter, there is no question of keeping the contempt application pending.

4. Accordingly, C.P.A.N. 127 of 2024 is disposed of in the light of the above observations.
