Although the matter has appeared under the heading "For Dismissal" pursuant to the order dated 19th November, 2025, however, the learned advocate for the petitioner would submit that he is yet to receive any instruction in the matter.

I, however find that the writ petition was filed, inter alia, challenging the notice dated 10th January, 2024, and the order dated 31st July, 2023 passed under Section 220(1) of the West Bengal Municipal Act, 1993. It is, therefore, apparent that the petitioner is not interested in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
