The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Chayanpur Primary School, under Tulshihata Circle of Malda District Primary School Council. The petitioner is praying transfer to any school under the said council, which is nearer to his residence on the ground that he has aged parents and also a 10 months child in his home. The student strength of the present school of the petitioner is 140 as against which there are three teachers including one head teacher.

The P.T.R. of the said school since is adverse, at this stage the prayer of the petitioner cannot be entertained. W.P.A. 1652 of 2025 therefore is dismissed without any order as to costs.
