Lahiri ...for the petitioners Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the payment in terms of the order passed by this court has been made after deducting certain amounts. He submits that the petitioners have not been informed about the ground for such deduction.

Since the order and direction have been substantially complied with, the contempt application stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to pray for appropriate reliefs with regard to the deductions made from the amount which they were entitled to in accordance with law.

With the above observations CPAN 128 of 2024 stands disposed of.
