Act. And In Re : Rafikul Sk. & Ors.

...... petitioners Mr. Jisan Iqbal Hossain Ms. Chandrima Debnath Mr. Karnel Mondal ....for the petitioners Mr. Purnima Ghosh ....for the State Petitioner suffered injuries of a bomb blast. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the preparation of Improvised Explosive Devices. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 303 of 2023 is dismissed.
