It is submitted that there is breach of peace despite specific directions on the police. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been assaulted. This Court is of the view that an individual instance complained of by the petitioner of assault cannot amount to breach of peace. There is no evidence before this court that the Hasnabad Police Station has violated this court's order. Officer-in-charge, Hasnabad Police Station submits that there is infact no breach of peace in the area. In that view of the matter, reserving rights to the petitioner to take further steps in respect of the complaint lodged by him of assault by the private respondents, CPAN 91 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.
