Mr. M. S. Molla, learned advocate appeared and led by Mr. Md. Mahmud submitted on instruction that the matter has been disposed of by the learned Court below, so the pendency of the instant criminal revisional application has become infurctuous. He prayed for necessary order.

On hearing the submission of learned advocate Mr. Molla, it appears that the revisional application is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed as infructuous.

Any order of stay passed by his Court is also vacated. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Subhendu Samanta, J.)
