It is submitted incident occurred in the course of quarrel. . She prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State submits petitioner is the daughter in law of the victim lady. She assaulted her with a 2 kg iron weight on the head.

We have considered the materials on record. There was quarrel in the morning. At night petitioner assaulted her mother in law.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
