The appellants are not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for on behalf of the appellants. Even on the earlier occasion, the appellants were not represented. Prima facie it appears that the disputes between the parties are arbitrable and the agreement contains an arbitration clause.

On such consideration, we dismiss the appeal and the connected applications.
