No one appears in support of the writ petition despite the same is appearing in the list marked as "Last Chance'. The matter has been in the list for a considerable period of time on being placed in the list at the instance of the department. No one had responded on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter was called on for several times. The petition was, therefor, brought in to the list marked as 'Second Chance'. No one also responded when the matter appeared in the list marked as 'Second Chance' as a consequence whereof the matter has been brought into the list under the heading 'Last Chance. Today, no one appears in support of the writ petition. No adjournment is prayed for on behalf of the

petitioner. No one has also applied to represent the petitioner through virtual mode.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is apparent that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the writ petition. The writ petition is, therefor, dismissed for default.
