Learned advocate for the petitioner submits he would appear and surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Malda in connection with Baishnabnagar Police Station Case No. 383 of 2019 dated 23-07-2019.

Mr. Anand Keshari, learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer as along with the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code there is a charge under the Foreigners Act. It has been controverted by the petitioner that the petitioner was earlier granted bail. In case the petitioner was earlier granted bail but for some reason or the other he was absent on one or two occasions, learned CJM, Malda will allow him to continue on the same bail and bond, once he appears before the learned CJM, Malda by 26th February, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 275 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
