Case No. 172 of 2020 dated 20.07.2020 under sections 304/120B/306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners have filed the present application.

Heard the learned advocates appearing for petitioners and the State.

Records reveal that earlier the petitioners preferred an anticipatory bail application, being CRM 10199 of 2020, which was rejected on 10.12.2020. As there had been no substantial change in the facts and circumstances of the case thereafter due to any subsequent event, we are not inclined to exercise any discretion in favour of the petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 649 of 2021 is, accordingly, dismissed.
