1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the injunction application filed in suit No.40 of pending before the Learned Waqf Tribunal, West Bengal.

2. It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the petitioner herein, that as the hearing of the injunction application is being delayed, the defendant/opposite party herein, taking advantage of the said fact, is continuing to make unauthorized construction, which is causing severe prejudice to the petitioner herein.

3. Considering the relief prayed for service is dispensed with. The Learned Counsel for the

petitioner submits that the next date before the Learned Tribunal is on 28th January, 2026.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision is disposed of with a request to the Learned Waqf Tribunal to make all endeavour to dispose of the injunction application preferably on the date fixed, without granting any adjournment to either of the parties.

5. C.O.226 of 2026 stands disposed of.

6. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
