Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the incident occurred out of property disputes. He submits that there are proceeding under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which corroborates that there are property disputes between the private parties. The petitioners were falsely implicated. The petitioners also suffered injuries. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim lady as also to the injury reports of the victim.

Considering the nature of the injuries and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

CRM (A) 391 of 2022 is rejected.
