Case No. 113 of 2022 and is in custody for one year and ten months.

It has been informed by way of a report submitted before this court that the examination of the witnesses are completed and the next date has been fixed on 27th of March, 2024 for examination of the accused under section 313 of the cr.p.c.

The ld. Special Court would, in such circumstances, take all efforts to pronounce its verdict by 31st of May, 2024. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 292 of 2024 is disposed of.
