5. MAT 88 of 2025 along with IA No.: CAN 1 of 2025 are restored to their original file and number.

6. Learned Advocate appearing for the appellant submits that, the appeal is directed against an interim order. The writ petition was subsequently disposed of. Against the final order passed by the learned Single Judge, the appellant filed another appeal which is pending.

7. Respondent no.1 is represented.

8. In view of the fact that the interim order which is challenged in the present appeal merged in the

final order passed by the learned Single Judge subsequently, the present appeal is infructuous.

9. MAT 88 of 2025 and IA No.: CAN 1 of 2025 are disposed of without any order as to costs.
