1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner is unable to inform this Court as to whether any signboard is existing in the subject property although, it appears that the alleged contemnor No.2 is in the process of removing a signboard claimed to have been put up by the petitioner.

2. The contempt petition was filed on 26-03-2025. The affidavit of service shows that service of notice could not be effected upon the alleged contemnors.

3. The petitioner shall file an affidavit indicating as to whether any signboard is placed in any conspicuous portion of the property in question and if no signboard is existing as on date, it would be open for the petitioner to put up such signboard at a conspicuous place.

4. The department is directed to serve a notice upon the respondent nos.

and and the alleged contemnors/opposite parties at the address mentioned in the cause title by Speed Post with acknowledgement due in course of this week with an intimation that the matter shall be listed on 29-08-2025 and in the event the alleged contemnors are not represented on the

adjourned date or appear in person, it is found that there has been a violation of the order dated 14-05-2025, a rule of contempt shall be issued against the alleged contemnors. The Advocate-on-Record of the petitioner is directed to put in the requisite costs for effecting service on or before Monday (04-08-2025) for effecting service. (Soumen Sen, J.)
